Order Cancellation:

After you place your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation e-mail which will include details of your order, like the order number.

Duplicate orders:

If you have placed two or more identical orders by mistake, please do let us know about it. We will give you a full refund for the duplicate order, in case the order has not been prepared or delivered.

If we find that the same order is made twice, we will try to contact the customer and will clarify. If we could not connect to the customer, we are liable to take the decision on your behalf and that will be the final one.

If the orders have to be delivered by courier companies, it is possible that Lavakraft courier partners have a holiday b/w the day you place the order and the date of delivery. In this case, the delivery could not be made on the estimated date. Estimated delivery time will depend on the availability of the product and the destination to which you want the order to be shipped.

Return & Refund Policy:

• Your purchase is final and will be non-refundable. Subject to the other Term and Conditions mentioned, no product may be returned.
• Notwithstanding with anything mentioned in the Terms and Conditions, in the event Lavakraft decides to refund to you. We will refund the money back and the refund could be processed. Refund could only be processed if it is agreed upon & communicated in writing to the customer.
• Online refunds are credited directly through the mode from which customer has paid and made the order. Once processed by GiftMyEmotions.com refund takes 10-15 business days to reflect in your account.
• Unsuccessful deliveries that might arise from the recipient not being present at the time of delivery at the address supplied by sender.
